The hotel is stunningly beautiful, set in a very nice area close to Minas Gerais and the historic center. We booked a room with a jacuzzi. Every employee we encountered was very attentive. The location was quiet and a short distance from everywhere we wanted to go. We really liked our stay here and strongly recommend it.

We stayed at a hotel that was located up a steep hill, making it difficult to walk to the historic center of town. the location was convenient, however, as it was close to the centro historico. Unfortunately, the hotel was quite expensive for the area. Our room was spacious and had a nice view, but the bathroom had a strong smell and the door was noisy. the staff's attitude varied, but some were helpful. the breakfast was good, and the hotel had a pool and a sauna.
The hotel lacked English-speaking staff and had poor Wi-Fi.

The hotel provided me with a great view of the mountains and comfortable chalet-like rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a ride to the city centre. Furthermore, the outdoor amenities such as the pool and lounge chairs made for a relaxing stay. Lastly, this hotel was clean and had good facilities.
Everything great.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the stunning views from every corner of the hotel were absolutely breathtaking. I couldn't get enough of the picturesque landscapes surrounding the property. Secondly, the rooms with Jacuzzi were a real treat. It was so relaxing to unwind in the Jacuzzi tub and enjoy some downtime. Lastly, I must mention the delicious breakfast provided at this hotel. The variety and quality of the breakfast options were impressive, and it really set the tone for a great day ahead.
The occasional inconsistency in the staff's attitude.

The hotel is surrounded by nature with stunning views from different spots. The breakfast offers several options, including eggs, but sometimes there's a bit of waiting. The game room and pool area are nice and well-maintained with an outdoor fireplace and a heated pool.
The staff lacks professional training, and some seem passive-aggressive or overworked.
